Fantastic setting, beautiful cottage and every single detail has been thought about. We loved everything. The views across the wetlands and the birds at the cottage were outstanding.

We had a wonderful stay at The Barn in early December 2020. Such a good find, on the edge of Pulborough Brooks RSPB reserve, the views are stunning. Really couldn't have been happier with our stay at The Barn at Banks Cottage. It was exactly what we were hoping it would be with cracking views from the decking and only a short walk to RSPB Pulborough Brooks. On top of this the accommodation itself surpassed our expectations and the owner was a perfect host.
