Had my first encounter with PMG today and I cannot fault them. We have recently moved to the area. I needed to speak to a doctor and filled in the e consult form. Within an hour and half I received a phone call with a face to face appointment. The staff were very lovely. Very friendly and very accommodating not only to me but my young daughter. Doctor Crook was brilliant. Non judegmental, very understanding and really listened to what I said. And again very understanding that I had to take a small child to the appointment.

Saw a doc over 3 months ago at the practice explained I was paying privately to see an osteopath. Eventually had an X-ray which a receptionist told me was marked abnormal needs doc appointment. Doc didn?t ring me, text me saying she?ll put me forward for physio on NHS. Unbelievable obviously didn?t read my notes. Went to surgery to make appointment. Told you have to ring at 8 on the morning, which I?ve done lots of times always engaged then you get through and they?ve no appointments left. I?ve also been put on a strong drug and told to up it by 10mg every week now on 60mg and want to see or speak to doc, they had no record of doc instructing this but you?re calls are recorded. Absolutely unsatisfactory service

Appalling service, cancelled an appointment that I had waited for for 3 weeks, via text message to ? call back in Jan?. When I robustly complained they advised to register elsewhere if not satisfied. Practice Managers customer service skills non existent. I am being generous with 2 stars.

Rung up this morning (9:20am) as I'm having really bad back pain. Had to ring 60 times as it keeps cutting me off and not putting me through to the automative service. To be told I had to wait for the duty doctor. I'm happy to do so thank you very much. It's 1 pm now and I still hadn't heard anything. Maybe a bit busy will ring up and see what's happened. Thankfully I got through on the first phone call, had to wait 20 mins with 3 people in front of me but I don't have an issue with that as they may need more help then me. To then be told there is a delay and they will ring me at 4:40pm. I was previously with steyning health centre and my god I thought they were bad. I understand the NHS is under pressure with what happened through covid. Thank you for your very hard work. But it's now the norm still wear masks and hand sanitize but really this much of a strain.

I had a text to call the surgery. So I did. It was to book a blood test. After a minute of discussing what time/day etc. Was told by the receptionist Sarah,unless I did, she would stop my next prescription. Oh really! So she is medically trained to do that?? Don't think so. Finally sorted a date for blood's. Think Sarah needs to update her communication skills!

Impressively efficient and swift set up for the handling of the Coronavirus Vaccinations. Very well coordinated and pleasant staff. Deserve more than 5 stars.

I am fairly new to the area and have interacted with PMG three or four times and have found the service I have received to be quite exceptional. Yesterday (22-Sep-20) was no exception. Many thanks to the duty doctor for going the extra mile. Very much appreciated.

Visited today for the first time for a scan, wanted to say thank you to all, friendly staff on door checking everyone in and following Covid guidelines, the centre was clean and bright, i was seen very quickly and efficiently, the specialist and assistant I saw were kind and maintained my dignity at all times. A very special centre and we are lucky to have it in the area. Thank you.

very rude reception staff seem to think that unless your on your death bed it is not a good enough reason to be there seeing a doctor including the fact some people have had shocking health worries they dont seem bothered

I'd like to say that my experiences with PMG have been mixed. Under normal circumstance if you turn up during the day you are usually greeted with a smile and people who appear to be genuinely concerned for your welfare but there are other times like this morning when you're greeted by someone who really couldn't care how ill you are, she seems to feel that she's the gate keeper and unless you can demonstrate that you are sick enough to see a doctor then she won't let you in.It is very disappointing that there is yet another reason for people to be going to AE because they don't want to be confronted by someone who appears not to like their job.The opening times for PMG are from 7am but the telephone lines must have a later time because although I tried calling from 7am until 7:30 I kept getting the answer phone message saying that they were closed which is why I drove to PMG.Not the best start to the day.

Great doctors. Only lived here a year and feels like they have been more helpful than all the other doctor surgery's I've been too. Always willing to do the absolute best to help you. Very professional and clean!!
