The perfect lunch time meal. The food is hot and portions generous. Unlike some places The Five Bells serve cod - not halibut nor haddock. The fish is fresh and is paired with plenty of chips. I washed mine down with a half Shandy (I wanted to relive a childhood memory) then I tried a half pints of two of the pub's local beers. Dessert was a 10 year old Laphroig scotch. A very nice lunch in West Sussex. Cheers”
