Just purchased an Evoque through Michael at Harwoods, Pulborough. Seamless from start to finish. Michael Larkin was absolutely fantastic, I cannot recommend him enough! I previously went to a local Land Rover approved used dealership and received such poor customer service so Michael was a complete breath of fresh air. He was very informative, helpful and knowledgeable about the car I was purchasing. I cannot thank him enough for the wonderful service I received. I live over 80+ miles away but absolutely will be returning to Michael for my next Land Rover purchase! Thanks Michael :)

Typical garage salesman- takes your money and doesn?t want to know after! Sent multiple emails for Daniel and nothing back! I only want to set up my road side assist and he can?t even be bothered to do that! Do not use this garage!!!

Absolutely terrible experience buying a car from this company where customer service barely exists.They are very persistent when they want you to buy the vehicle but as soon as you leave you are forgotten about/ ignored.They sold us a car with faults with the gearbox which almost caused us to have a serious accident and we had to send the car for repair for a month, while we continued to pay for a premium vehicle. We received the car back with approx 20 faults on!!! (The AA checked it and told us its not safe to drive). These could have caused a serious accident but they have NO interest in sorting it out. They leave you without a car to be able to take your children to school. Our emails and calls are ignored after telling them the car isnt safe to have our family in it. We just want them to help us but they wont. Safe to say we do not reccommend.

to echo other reviews; I had the pleasure of dealing with Micheal L, as well as Oliver, over the past few weeks in relation to a purchase of a RR. I felt the service was very clear and amicable, and Micheal was willing to go a step further to resolve any questions/conditions I had as part of the sale. Michael has a strong knowledge of the products as well as the industry, it was reassuring and I was genuinely pleased with the entire process, and look forward to many more years of coming back

My new Discovery had to go in for some warranty work a few weeks after purchase. It was returned with scratch swirl marks over the entire vehicle. I have contacted Harwoods by email and telephone and have had no response. Awful service.
