Absolutely awful customer service.
Second time ordering and second time they've made a mistake.
This time we ordered 2 half and half large pizzas, it comes ordered is incorrect, spoke to the manger who we had to explain the problem multiple times before he understood the issue, got told a replacement would be sent and would be with us in 30 minutes, 45 minutes later the pizza arrives.
Driver asks for the old pizza back, tried to explain it was a half and half and the replacement been sent wasn't, so returned half a cold pizza! What was the point in that?! Already messed up and then have a rude delivery driver adding to the already annoyed customer!
This is the second time we've ordered this year and both times been sent incorrect items and cold pizza.
How is this branch still in operation .

had a pizza delivered yesterday (saturday) by someone called julian i believe his name was.
super fast delivery, smiley happy face and incredible communication. our house isn?t easy to find so he stayed on the phone while we helped him locate it and was very patient with us. food arrived lovely and warm still along with a big smile from julian. will definitely order again!

absolutely dreadful service ordered on uber eats and took the money and then cancelled 10 minutes later even though we are in there delivery zone. just go to Storrington Alex and Jack are much better and have impeccable customer service. Storrington only have 2 drivers whilst Pulborough have 4 and Storrington pulled through and delivered to us i would love for the manager at Pulborough to call me as i would like to tell him in person that he needs to sort it out and all of Pulborough's budget should go to Storrington. ABSULUTLY DREADFULL.

Whilst there?s nothing particularly bad about the food, there?s nothing great compared to other Dominos. Personally haven?t had any major issues, but have had my fair share of smaller issues like burnt pizzas, undercooked pizzas and sides.
Biggest issue currently is both delivery service, which seems impossible for surrounding areas. If an order is placed on apps such as just eat or ubereats they?re cancelled promptly every time. Seems quite slow and possibly understaffed.
A short drive to Southwater 20 minutes away seems to resolve all of these issues ?

Ordered a pizza waited 1 hr rang them and they said they can't deliver , they didn't bother cancelling the order , no apology or nothing change of staff ther no one cares anymore pizza quality also dropped

Overpriced and half the time they won't even deliver to billingshurst, and why on earth are the chicken strippers £1.50 more than southwater?! Absolutely ridiculous and just generally the foods not as good quality compared to other dominos. Also seem to get the new items much slower than everywhere else, would rather have a frozen pizza tbh 0/10

Ordered a pizza
Had a very very cocky manager ring me as say they can't deliver .
So DOMINO'S took my money and well 5days before I get it back
Why allow someone to order if you can't make the delivery.
The manager of the store should manage the staff better .
Dominoes is a main stream company and should for fill the tears of there website .OR NOT TAKE YOURE MONEY ,TO THEN RING AND BE EXCEEDINGLY COCKY .
EXCEEDINGLY AWFUL ATTITUDE AND COSTUMER SERVICE.

We live in Billingshurst?s and we don?t out take out often, but every time we want a dominoes for some reason they can?t deliver.
It?s pretty useless, if u can?t deliver to another place maybe just stop the delivery all together, or just deliver to the place u need to deliver to like every company seems to do just fine ?
