Found this lovely pub today whilst driving through Sussex. Very welcoming staff. Food was delicious, recommend the mushroom and goat cheese burger. Lovely garden and great service!

Lovely well tended garden with lots of picnic tables with parasols. Nice beer, really tasty food - scampi was big and delicious and good crunchy coating and the chips were superb, also excellent Thai curry. Definitely going back here again!

Met a friend here for lunch. A nice variety of different types of food on offer. I had a ploughman's and the crusty bread was delicious!

We wanted to show a recently widowed pal the relaxing view at the end of a long day. Go when it's sunny and sit with a cool drink outdoors on one of the terraces.

This is a lovely, relaxed pub in a beautiful location, with good food. The beer garden has lovely views across the countryside.
I visited with a friend and her toddler. Staff were very pleasant and I am planning to return soon.
There is parking with space for approximately fifteen cars.

Great pub, found it by chance whilst driving through the area. Excellent food, open fire and friendly staff. Only minor quibble would be lack of craft beer but seeing as I was driving, not an issue!
