Post office has a lower counter.Not shop counter lowered for wheelchair users. That's if you can get into shop passed delivery grate's damaged ramp, door being blocked or even locked. Post office is usually closed, don't believe the time's of open as been shut even for the post people can't get in. Sits in a chair and hate's getting off his backside. One isle is also blocked with alcohol.

Thankfully this local shop is so much friendlier now it is under new owners who are really helpful and cheerful. I often avoided shopping there in the past when it was run by the the previous owner as he was always dreadfully grumpy and made me feel as if every sale was a personal irritation and annoyance to him - especially any post office queries. Although in fairness the ladies who worked there were always friendly. But now there are new owners I will start using it more often again.

Whenever I go in I always recieve amazing service. Even on the hottest day ever. Lovely selection of products, ranging from loo roll to amazing cakes.An asset to the village

Great local store and post office. Itâ??s a village shop so some things may be slightly more in expensive than your local supermarket but that is expected. Normally has lots of good offers and has a wide variety of products and also couldnâ??t be more helpful with advice in the post office on best and cheapest way to send things. Friendly service and overall a great asset to Northchapel!
