I'm a Photography student and I wanted to find a book on photography rather than searching for information online, and I was passing through Petworth I happened to find this small bookstore so I went in, had a browse and I found this amazing book, it was an easy purchase, the staff were friendly, greeted me and had a friendly smile! I'd come back if I was in the area for sure.

An Aladins cave for book lovers!! It has such a beautiful collection of books, gifts, cards and stationery.Its such a treat to wander around and imerse myself in the vibrant variety on offer! The experience of coming out with a brand new book can't be experienced by endless scrolling and one click purchases.The children's section is fantastic, something for the book enthusiasts as well as those reluctant readers awaiting a book to captivate their imagination.Not to mention the lovely staff who are always on hand to help you find just what you need.

Lovely independent bookshop, with a good range of interesting titles. I?ve bought many books from here over the years, including hardbacks on art, photography, garden design, foreign travel, and interior décor. They always seem to have something to suit my taste.

We visited Petworth a week ago and stumbled on this bookstore and wasamazed at the range of books it had that were not the standard books held by the chain-store book sellers.It was busy and the back of the store had children enjoying themselves looking at all sorts of books.It was a great 'find'.As much as I like and enjoy using what the web has to offer, using a book shop like this one surpasses the passive clicking to pay.
