Seven of us stayed here for 2 nights. Absolutely fantastic accommodation, Thai food was wonderful and everyone from the owners to the ladies who service the rooms were a delight.

Booked as had day at Goodwood. Rooms best have stayed in within UK! Clean, spacious, everything you would require, even hair straighteners! Breakfast hamper filled with ample provisions, fresh fruit also available. Ate in Thai restaurant and food was superb along with service. Only downfall on arrival service from bar cold and unwelcome. When booking in had to ask for information on food, restaurant times etc. very uninformative and glad we didn't miss out on some lovely food!

Really enjoyed my short visit to the Hamilton Arms Suites and Thai Restaurant/Pub! The rooms are very spacious and well equipped with everything one would need including a modern large and warm shower, double bed, TV, fridge and great lighting with the skylights. The rooms feel nice and airy with modern fixtures, everything was cleaned to perfection.
I travel around the UK with my work almost all of the time and I'm starting to use places to stay in smaller villages because I've found places like the Hamilton Arms offer far better surroundings, value and friendly faces at the end of a long day - all at a great and very reasonable cost.
Safe Parking is always my No1 point of concern and the Hamilton Arms offers fantastic private parking, right outside your suite which is hidden from the main road (the 'main road' is also very quiet and secluded) - I had no concerns at all that my vehicle would be at risk and there was plenty of space available to park. Massive thumbs up and appreciation from me for this!
The food at the restaurant/pub was lovely, really nicely cooked with plenty of taste and a massive portions! Good well known beers and drinks are also offered and the costs were very reasonable indeed.
Absolutely recommend the Hamilton Arms for anyone wanting a lovely place to stay in this area with quiet surroundings, nice place to eat and drink - all at a very reasonable cost. (with excellent parking facilities). Would absolutely stay here again!

We went in to book for the night before our wedding both times our details got taken, not once did we get contact to then receive an email about our booking when we?ve had to book else where, so my fiancée called up to question about the invoice that was sent and to be hung up on, definitely would not use them

I?m only reviewing the Thai takeaway experience. We must have caught them on an off night, as the food was somewhere between disappointing and mediocre. The rice dish was fine, but the noodles tasted odd, the duck looked grey (so we didn?t eat it) and the rest was just poor. As I say, maybe they had an off night (it was a Sunday evening)?

We did not stay there, but we had an excellent lunch, the Thai food was excellent (we went there with friends, one of which was an ex Thai chef) if you love Thai food, go there and enjoy.

Sorry I?m using my secondary account from when I was 14, I?m not a bot?
My name is Holly, I stayed here Sunday night as I was attending a wedding literally 7 minutes down the road. Took photos of the room at the time to send to my mum as I was so excited to be there (first time I?d ever booked a room for myself lol) the suites were just behind the restaurant/pub on the other side of the car park. Was taken straight over to my room. Beautifully light and very quiet. They even had some freebie breakfast items such as croissants and orange juice for the morning, which I never even realised until I was due to leave so I did pop them in my bag ready for the journey home. Check in was nice and early at 2pm which allowed me to get ready for the wedding in the room, and checkout was 11am the next day (although I left around 9:45 as I had to pick up my friend from the wedding venue.)
My ONLY criticism about this place was that there weren?t any curtains in front of the windows, only netting. Didn?t bother me in particular as I rolled in at midnight steaming after the wedding and went straight to bed without turning the lights on, but not very private for any ?.. couples, or anyone staying on their own that might be a bit paranoid. Again it didn?t bother me but it might bother someone else. OH also the front door was a nightmare to open and needed a good shove.
Other than that one thing it was super nice and I?d definitely stay again if I?m ever in the area ??

I'm only reviewing the pub/restaurant as I have never stayed here.
I'm a big fan of the Hamilton Arms!
Friendly staff, good location to start or finish a walk (there's some really nice walks in Iping and Stedham Commons and surrounding areas -on the other side of the A272) and the food is unmatched! You'd be hard pressed to find better Thai food outside of Thailand.
If you're on the fence this is your sign to give it a try. If you like Thai food you definitely won't regret it!
Nearby activities: Good walks in surrounding area!
Food & drinks: Could do with an improved beer selection. I'm one of those "hipster" pale ale drinkers which probably isn't to everyone taste.
Food is phenomenal!
