Great product but poor service.The cut off for Christmas delivery was 10 am Monday and I had placed my order the Friday before. I paid for express delivery, £7. However at 11 am Monday I was told that due to a lack of age verification the knife would be delayed. I had received no request or instructions on how to provide the age verification despite receiving other emails from them, I suspect that they missed the delivery and were making up excuses.When they finally dispatched the knife they sent it via standard delivery prolonging the delay. Overall it was 6 days late and missed Christmas.Such a shame as when it arrived it was beautiful and I appreciated the bio-degradable packaging.I would not recommed buying directly from Dexam.
