I am a female oap but know a little about diy but i sometimes rely on help from staff, twice over the last few months staff have advised me wrongly recently on staples for a staple gun that turned out wrong and broke the gun, i wen't back to the store and explained but that was a waste of time. From now on i shall go to B & Q as they have more stock and staff who know how to advise and help.

We arrived to look at ovens there was no one there although plenty of empty desks. We went to the cash out and the lady said she would call someone, went back to the kitchen area and after another 10 minute wait still no sign of anyone coming We left feeling rather annoyed to be ignored.Very bad customer service would not recommend to anyone wanting a kitchen

Steals your money, charges a delivery fee and doesn't deliver items. Be VERY careful ordering from here.4 times I've booked off annual leave to take in a delivery of over £400 worth of plasterboard and 4 times the delivery hasn't turned up. Constantly given excuses by the store and told the store manager will call back, only to not hear anything. Still haven't been contacted by this elusive store manager 7 days after the delivery was meant to originally turn up. Truly, outrageously, bad service.

Poor delivery service. Messed up delivery 5 times without notifying they had cancelled it. They also then rebooked without saying (without checking availability). Don?t waste your time
