What happened to this store? I love Waitrose but customer service at this store is very poor. I had a terrible experience on Saturday that I thought was unique (my experience not related to what I witnessed today) a customer was treated like a criminal for waiting for waiting outside the store with a dog while her family was inside shopping. Terrible management and extremely poor customer service. Not what I would expect from Waitrose.

I'm a regular customer and find the offers are worth having. I really can't fault the shop or their produce all very satisfactory as always.

Bit annoying the opening times have changed, drove over for 7.30 only to find they have opened at 8am from January. Waitrose website has still not been updated. Don't blame the branch why does it take over three months to update an opening time?

Quiet shop. Ample parking. Limited range compared to larger stores. Convenient pick-up service for online orders.

A medium sized store with plenty of parking. There?s a good variety of fruit, vegetables, groceries, bakery, deli items and seasonal plants.
Not the cheapest option, but most of us know to expect that if we visit Waitrose!
Customer toilets are always clean and staff are always pleasant and helpful.

I visited recently for a seasoning and a few vegetables i couldn't find elsewhere, I have now done a few days dinner shop there as the food looks incredible. The store is nicely laid out with everything you need, will certainly be returning.

Waitrose in Rustington town , just like the bigger ones in larger towns. Has a carpark around the back for convenience
