Fantastic service!
On three separate occasions I have visited here for photo prints, luckily every time Dan has been there to help me. Without being condescending he has tried to make me work out how to use the photo machine myself, each time I have failed.....Dan has stepped in and worked me through it...he has the patience of a saint!.....really really helpful and I am always pleased with the photos and price. 5 star experience.

Collected my newly resoled shoes two weeks ago and have worn them every day before posting this. I was quoted two weeks for the job to be done, but for whatever reason, it took over four. However, the work is excellent. They completely replaced the entire soles as the upper leather was still perfect. Got a new pair of shoes! The soles are much better than the originals, and will last.

Terrible. Bought a garage door remote fob replacement. They ordered the wrong one. No interest in sorting it out on the three occasions that we went back, despite saying 'bring it back if you have any problems '. Essentially calling me a liar. Useless. Do not use

Was having trouble with my car key fob not unlocking my car properly, had had the battery checked twice but still having problems so i asked Marcus to check my fob and he actually found that it was not the right battery in the fob, i'm so pleased that Marcus looked at it as it works wonders now , excellent job done Thank You Marcus

Terrible service here. The key I needed is out of stock and needs to be ordered from the warehouse. Twice I have been sent away firstly due to the warehouse being shut for stock take and secondly for it being a Sunday when the warehouse is also shut. When I asked if they could note down my order and process it on Monday I was told no and that I would have to visit in person again. Absolutely no sense of customer service. Come on Timpson this is 2024 !! Actually laughable ! ?

Have always used this shop and only ever dealt with the manager, who is lovely. Today I went to get a key cut as was previously quoted a price by the manager. He wasn't in today (21st april) and the member of staff who was there, was rude to my wife from the word go, then told her the price was over double of what we were originally quoted. I then went to talk to him and explain what the manager originally said, this clearly angered him as he went red in the face and became extremely standoffish.
Doubt we'll be going back there.

Wasn?t able to change my car battery because it is self charging and faulty but Dan at the branch gave great advice and help he very professional. Will go back for any other battery needs in the future

Use Timpson for cleaning 2x duvet covers and 4 pillowcases. Absolutely horrified of results they came back in very creased and didn?t look fresh liked they?d been cleaned. I complained and took all items back to be re cleaned, they came back in exactly the same condition. Never again will I use timpson

Tried to get a photo using my mobile phone and being 80 and not confident in what I had to do I asked for help. The chap said can you read and seeing I was struggling reluctantly helped. Sadly this was not the first time, where is the customer service
