Came to this store and am a wheelchair user.. purposely picked this store because its nice and spacious to get around. Customers were fantastic and apologised more than once worrying they were in my way - to which I reassured them they are just as entitled to look as I am, and I can wait its totally fine.
The staff at this store today really let it down - one member of staff was re stocking an area but to do so, had stuff spread out all over the place blocking an area from me being able to get past and look - i understand stock need to be updated etc, but some awareness of stuff being spread all over the floor would have been nice.
I then got near the tills area to which a member of staff was stood at the till - no customers, I noticed a sale area i wanted to look at and attempted to do so but with a trolley of items by the till I got stuck and couldn't get through in my wheelchair.. the member of staff did nothing but stare at me watching on making no attempt to move the trolley, and he could see my hand was caught trying to get through,but he continued to watch on, at this point i managed to reverse myself back in my wheelchair and opted to put back the items I was going to buy, as was so disappointed with the lack of respect shown.

We love the works. When we come to littlehampton this is one of the stops we always make. There's always a great bargain to be had, but move quickly as once they're gone they tend to not get more in stock.
The kids love choosing something to get with their pocket money. It's great for small presents and stocking fillers too...

Always worth a look, easy to mouch around inside as wide aisles, friendly helpful staff with bargains galore. I have a 'thing' that I must buy all & any acrylic paint I see..I love it here but maybe they could relocate the tills??
