Never have my medication in stock, then have to wait another 3+ days for them to order in, staff are not knowledgable as I have had a bariatric procedure and I struggle with certain medications (causing stomach pain etc), yet they insisted I could still take them!
A very poor pharmacy altogether

Pharmacist is nice and helpful however the staff are disrespectful and rude. Lady with short grey hair especially. Never have anything in stock either.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. However, contact from outside is impossible. Tescos does not provide an extension from their phone portal and the web site publishes a mobile!? number that does not respond. I was shorted on a prescription and wanted to advise as such.

Takes forever to get your prescription usually and very very slow at dispensing your prescription has been my experience nearly every time. Also they never text me when it's ready, despite me requesting to do so several times. Might answer the phone when you call. Might not. Take a gamble.

After making a 45 minute wasted trip ( medicine not in stock) the pharmacist was extremely rude when I asked if I could check the phone number I had of the pharmacy was correct. Despite ringing 3 x , they failed to answer . The whole trip could have been avoided. Apparently they were too busy to answer despite there being no customers when I arrived. Why have a number on website if they don?t answer it??!!

Review based on my interaction with the lady with white hair that works there.Each time I have asked for help or suggestions, she either can't help or she can`t do it. I don`t think she is medically trained and has no idea what the main principle of working in a Pharmacy is - to help people.I have been several times to this pharmacy and she always can`t help or just gives you a silly reason to send you on your way.I won`t be using this pharmacy anymore.

Very polite staff always willing to go that extra mile

Went early yesterday to get an over the counter item. Although the pharmacist could see me waiting, she ignored me for about 5 minutes before reluctantly serving me. Her attitude was extremely poor and she was very unhelpful. Despite the item being available I left empty handed with only a wasted journey.
