I purchased a bracelet from the store online, the quality of the item, price and service in general was absolutely superb. The bracelet was sent next day delivery as promised and was exactly as described. I will definitely be using Reeves and Sons as my 'go to' jeweler for future purchases. Thanks!

I went in to the shop today looking for a new battery for my watch. Greeted by a very helpful and professional staff member who not only knew exactly what I needed but insisted there was no charge as she didn?t need to fit it. It?s small businesses like this that make you want to walk into your local town rather than turning to your phone!Thank you for the service. 10/10

I took a 100m water-resistant watch in for repair after it stopped working. I got a quote for £70, agreed and picked it up. Then, I took my kid to his swimming lesson and the watch filled with water immediately. I phoned and explained the situation to be told by the owner none of their work is waterproof. However, I was not told this at the time.I explained I would like it fixed again and a couple of weeks later got another bill for £100. I had not agreed to this quote prior as would probably have taken the watch elsewhere to get it watwrproofed.The owner said there is a big sign in the shop saying the work is not waterproof. I went back and checked, and there was only a tiny sign on part of the counter I was not at. Lady, I picked the watch up was apologetic and friendly and said she would give the owner feedback.I don't like writing bad reviews, as you can see from my other Google reviews, and I want to support small businesses, but I feel this was very poorly handled. If you are not going to waterproof a 100m watch, make it clear, and if you don?t let the customer know, then don?t charge a customer to fix the mistake.

I've been coming here regularly for watch battery replacements. One rainy day whilst popping to Sainsbury's, I thought I'd try Timpsons. They told me that the same service would be 4 times the price. I jumped back in the car and went straight to Reeves. Friendly and fair priced. Thanks.

I had a gold 9ct ring that I no longer wanted that I never wear.So I went into the reeves and sons shop in Littlehampton and they were really nice.They were really friendly and helpful.I was really happy with what I got ,more money for it than I was expecting.They had some really nice jewellery in there as well.I will definitely go back and recommend to my friends.

Was offered £150.00 today for a 18ct gold ring which had to be cut off of my husbands finger,BEWARE I as offered £350.00 by the the jewellers down the road, Guess in Littlehampton. How can that be, certainly not to be trusted or the member of staff doesn't know what they are doing.As we discussed today whilst in your shop getting currency, we did not mis hear, I am sorry to say your member of staff got it wrong.
