“What an absolute brilliant pharmacy .I popped in to get a walk in seasonal flu jab late on a Friday .It was very very busy & yet the staff were all so friendly & helpful .Also ive transferred my repeat scribes here as they appear to be one of the only pharmacies in our area that can fulfill certain medications .Really great dedicated team in there”

“My local pharmacy for 6 years now, and cannot recommend them highly enough. All the staff are without exception professional, helpful and kind.I was offered a flu vaccine today while I was waiting for my prescription to be made up, and I was asked if my husband was with me and would like his jab too. I explained that he was suffering from extreme anxiety and couldn’t come into the pharmacy, so Omar came to the car and gave him his vaccine there!I have been in many times when it was really busy, but have always been greeted with a smile and efficient service. Can’t ask for more than that.Keep up the good work - you are all amazing!”

“Needed an appointment quick as I've been experiencing headaches. Got a last minute appointment and rushed over. From the start the service was brilliant. The optician was incredibly friendly and confident and listened to what I said and she was very quick and thorough. The lady who helped me pick out my glasses, Donna, was amazing. She was friendly and made me feel at ease. I even purchased a pair of sunglasses (half price) with UV filter as she is such a brilliant sales person.\\nI was worried about whether I could try on frames given the COVID situation but she told me to try on as many as I wanted and gave me a box to put them in and hand back to her to be sanitised. They have adapted well to the guidelines and the store was very clean and they were cautious about contact, but not to the point where you felt like you were in a prison regime having to follow rules dictated at you. Definitely recommend this store. Thank you for your help today.”

“Boots, Rustington - today 4.30’ish.
I had 4 boxes to collect & hadn’t realised how very heavy 2 of them would be! My car was in the car park behind Boots & I said I’d come straight back for the 2 boxes that I couldn’t manage. SHARNA said she’d meet me at the back door with the boxes but by the time I’d reached my car SHARNA was already there with the 2 heavy boxes!

“Staff are always friendly and helpful. However, contact from outside is impossible. Tescos does not provide an extension from their phone portal and the web site publishes a mobile!? number that does not respond. I was shorted on a prescription and wanted to advise as such.”
