The place has really gone to the wall in recent years.
The customer service is appalling. Either there?s one person at one till and a bunch of self check outs so the bosses can earn more dollar. The queue can get longer and longer and it takes 20 minutes for a new till to be opened.
The product range is highly limited, you can?t even buy big bags of rice.
The staff walk away as soon as they feel you might ask for help. No respect for the customers there at all.
Then there?s the antisocial behavior which nobody does anything about. People screaming at the security guard and threats of violence against staff, notices about police cooperation in the store.
There?s plenty of better places about.

My local go to store! Always great deals, parking is nice and close. And additionally has the petrol station upon exit!

Going down hill !!!!!..freezer (fishmonger) broken for over a month (maybe 2)...result = no frozen product...Click and Collect door of the building broken for months ...bread maker machine apparently also broken ...
After asking one of the staff, he or she , reply the general manager was aware of the situation but couldn't be bothered to listen to his customers or staff concerns...
it's amazing when you see a packed ALDI on a Sunday morning while only a few shop at MORRISSON ...I can see why over the last few years I progressively moved to the competition...
Word of advice to MORRISSON , something needs to be done asap and bring us back this once great store ? at least, staff and customers will be happier ...

Every time,every time the prices not correct . They put discount on the label price but when you go to the cashier or self checking the price which you paid is different. Need to to spend another 10 min to talking with someone from customer service to change the price for you.I am really fed up. Sorry for that feedback but that is happen every time when I am shopping here in Littlehampton branch.

Nice atmosphere but little or no organic food and only about two Manual checkouts at any time, pushing us all into those horrible robot - do-it-yourself scanners where every other minute, you have to call a supervisor. Sigh.... could be so much better and actually compete with Tesco's up the road. Would much rather come here if it was viable.

Very close to my home. So, this store is handy to pop to for daily bits.
It's also handy to just go and browse when I'm bored and end up buying something anyway.
I also use the Amazon locker, as its a secure pick up point.
Staff are friendly and engage in conversation.
