I honestly have no issues with the place. I think in the past they've definitely missed some stuff on our order. However, as of recent this hasn't been the case although unsurprisingly the frappe machine seems to always be out of order but the food is normally quite hot which I always appreciate and the services fine.Vegetarian options: If you check the McDonald's app you can see all of the menu and it clearly shows which dishes are vegetarian if you don't want the app or don't have it. The machines inside that you order on should also tell you so it's quite easy to find and choose the vegetarian options.Parking: There are quite a few parking spots all reserved for McDonald's however, quite often I find that a lot of the spaces have been cut off from the public to allow the delivery trucks parking and the parking spots generally tend to be full. So whilst there are quite a few spots, it's a wishful thought trying to get one.Kid-friendliness: It's quite riddled with kids and it's very friendly for them as well. I can't imagine any reasons as to why it would be unfriendly for children. I will say however, that there is a lot of traffic outside of the establishment so it's best to be aware of thatWheelchair accessibility: The entrance is a slope and it is on the ground floor so I can't imagine any reason as to why it wouldn't be accessible. However, if you have a bigger wheelchair getting through the door, maybe an issue but I doubt it.

Food is awful, never get what you ordered.. they don?t provide the product they are selling constantly leaving things outHad a burger and it was filthy with black gritty bits, they also stop doing certain items as they please..

The worst McDonalds I?ve ever used. Used the drive thru many times - there are always items missing. Today I get home and my burger is missing. Never going there again!

To all the staff that prepare the food and bag up. Check and double check the order before it goes out to the customer make sure the full order is there.

Good luck getting service at the counter!Left my bank card so couldn't order at machine,went to order at till but a wall of deliveroo drivers completely blocked me,after ten minutes of that I went round to the drive through,paid cash and nearly got shorted 5pound in my change.food was alright though.I was tempted to go back in and wee all over the toilet floor but the nice lad that handed me my bag was nice and friendly so that saved the day .

No fillet o fish. Went through drive thru. Spent 15 minutes sitting in car park waiting for food to arrive. While we were waiting 7 deliveroo/just eat drivers went in and out. Prioritising delivery over drive thru. Food could have been warmer.

The food was cold, I took my chips back and was given another portion of chips. There was no apology from the staff. My chips that I was given were luke warm. My burger was cold. When we visited McDonald's, it was not a busy period, and still, the food was cold. My daughter said her food was cold, but she didn't want me to go up and complain.

We went here for dinner, and boy it was very busy, both inside and out, but the service was good, and the food as usual.

The majority of the staff as just awful, there are a couple of exceptions but generally the staff are rude, slow and spend more time laughing between themselves or talking utter rubbish. Today 4 of the younger staff all spent around 5 mins whispering to each other and giggling whilst all turning around to look at you making it VERY obvious they are talking about you. After they?ve left you waiting there for around 10 mins without any service and then I had the cheek to ask to be served and not annoyed which then lead to the whispering and giggling. I know you have to be a T**T to work there but come on do you they not even need basic manners to be hired there!? Oh and if you ask for something to be taken out for example a pickle you can put your life on it you?ll have double the amount of pickles added. And finally some of their personal hygiene is lacking massively!

Air-con low and uncomfortable, made food go cold very quickly. Got the impression, they wanted you out ASAP.
