I booked in advance on their website two new tyres fitted Saturday. When I arrived at the time due it felt likely they didn?t know about my booking. I suggested to place the new tyres on the rear but was immediately felt criticised for what I said! I was more told that I should have them on the front. The man wasn?t reasonable in my views, and didn?t come across friendly. He mentioned they were extremely busy, and would get them done as quickly as they could. I sat in the waiting room for 1 hour and 10 minutes. It felt like they had forgotten me. A man eventually came up to me to check. At the time to pay they still didn?t know my booking, had to check look it up! I left the place feeling frustrated.
Improvements needed.
Check in advance their booking appointments for customers, and prioritise them with other jobs that on the day. Also provide a friendly service, my job is busy but I know how to smile and bring joy to my customers, doesn?t take much!

Made an on-line order in the afternoon and tyres fitted the following afternoon. Great service and the lads were great at the fitting center. All good and will use again.

Dont expect a warm welcome if you are using BlackCircle. They obviously do not like being a tyre fitter. Very grumpy customer service.

Great service, very helpful and friendly staff. Car failed MOT on Friday, was booked in for repair on Monday and ready to collect Monday afternoon.

Took car in for MOT middle of last week.
Super friendly staff, no fuss to leave car with them for a bit while got some shopping, but most importantly, they are honest.
Dad recommended them to me saying they are decent and honest.
Can't thank you enough guys, will be back next year. ??

Easy to order online. Very good service. Had 4 tyres fitted. Told it would be 45 minutes and it was. Plenty of parking and plenty of staff. Would definitely go back.

I left my car here to have the tires changed. Five minutes later, I received a phone call saying the car alarm was going off and I needed to come back. When I returned, I saw that the driver's door handle was broken. Since it's an old car, I didn?t want to blame anyone?maybe it was just bad luck that it happened while they had the car.
However, after the incident, the owner shouted at my husband, saying ?You did this,? which was completely unprofessional. Later, some of the staff said they would order the necessary parts and repair it. They told us the car would be ready within a week.
More than a month has passed, and we still haven't heard anything from them?not even a single update. I do not recommend this place.

Tyres are offered at competetive prices with advice available. Booked on line expecting a quick visit to replace one tyre but they were busy and it took an hour. Except for the time it took an excellent service provided.

Grumpy reception staff, quick to criticise couldn't care less what you think, customers are idiots etc...remember chaps a smile costs nothing and we pay your wages!

Yeah could not leave no stars, service and attitude was awful, dont want you to watch them damaging your wheels, tyre repair done but chipped paint on rim ,so dont botther with these if you care about your own wheels.

The guy in reception had a stinking attitude on arrival! No way to treat a customer (of many years). If he is the face of the company it says a lot about the company!! Maybe send him on a customer skills course!! If you hate your job that much find a new job!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
