The guy in reception had a stinking attitude on arrival! No way to treat a customer (of many years). If he is the face of the company it says a lot about the company!! Maybe send him on a customer skills course!! If you hate your job that much find a new job!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Our car tyres x2 damaged last night in a nearby pothole full of water. Called Littlehampton tyres at 9.30am this morning (sat) 2nd chap came to the phone extremely friendly and helpful. His colleague, also extremely friendly and helpful, came to our home by 11.30 and replaced both tyres within the hr. 4th time we have used them for our car. Every time came up trumps. Thankyou team

Took my car in on Saturday see if they could seal my exhaust for me. I was trying to explain to the guy what the problem is and where the leak was coming from and that I just needed him to see if he could seal it. Before I could explain all of that he told me there wasn't a join where I told there was one on those cars...when I said it's not standard he rolled his eyes and made me feel like an idiot. He seemed like a very abrupt person and wasn't very customer friendly safe to say I took my car home ordered the gasket and fitted it all my self this shop has inconvenienced me and I won't be using again

First point of contact was very rude, I said hello I have a booking for a tyre he gave me a blank look and said booking where? I said here, he then said well a little bit more information would help. I thought why would I be anywhere else if it?s booked in with you, I would have gone else where but I was desperate to get the tyre done, the other guy I saw was very nice but I won?t be going back as I can?t stand rudeness

Really great place, best to ring but depending on the motor they'll even sort "drop ins" ie basic models and nothing too extravagant.I've personally been using them for the last 5years +
