Thankfully I was assigned Courtney Kent as my management agent, who is a great asset to the Leaders team. Courtney followed through all the repair works and kept me informed at every stage.

I have been dealing with Courtney since moving into our new property, and she?s been nothing but excellent. I?ve dealt with many agents in the past who would take weeks to get back to me, let alone sort problems. Courtney gets back to me almost instantly and has already helped send people to fix two problems we had in our house since moving.Highly recommend

I have been a landlord for a number of years, and have used leaders as my managing agents for most of them.I have always received great service, whether its from the front office staff like Jessica in the Rustington Branch or Caroline in the Littlehampton branch. Both always friendly and greeted with a smile. They have always found good tenants for me.The property management team in Rustington are always on the ball, and get any problems arising in the properties sorted.Along with Sally the Branch manager, they are all a credit to Leaders and as such would recommend Leaders to anyone looking to rent out a property.5 years on from my first post above and I still recommend Leaders to any Landlord looking for a efficient agent to manage their portfolio. Courtney in particular has been great sorting out all manner of request for me. A true credit to the team.
