My local pharmacy for 6 years now, and cannot recommend them highly enough. All the staff are without exception professional, helpful and kind.I was offered a flu vaccine today while I was waiting for my prescription to be made up, and I was asked if my husband was with me and would like his jab too. I explained that he was suffering from extreme anxiety and couldn?t come into the pharmacy, so Omar came to the car and gave him his vaccine there!I have been in many times when it was really busy, but have always been greeted with a smile and efficient service. Can?t ask for more than that.Keep up the good work - you are all amazing!

The staff here are absolutely fantastic they are professional people and very decent human beings.We recently had a lot to deal with as a family, and the staff here were so helpful. I would like to mention Lauren, especially as she helped us so much with our mothers medication, and she listened to us it meant a lot.Thankyou

I went in Thursday 25th May and not all my medicines were in. I went in again today to be told the same. Oh we can try and find another pharmacy for you. I am not best pleased at the service from this pharmacy and will probably look elsewhere,

What a disaster of a place. Prescription at Kamsons on Thursday to be ready to be collected. Gave them two extra days to get the prescription ready. Go Saturday lunch time and after queuing for twenty minutes to pick up prescription only to find not ready. Please come back in 20 min. Return 40 min later ( and further wait) told that about bone third of prescription not there and that they owe me this and to come back again. Sort this out.

Not a complaint about the pharmacy per se but the manor in which the drivers delivering the medication, way too fast, don't signal, don't look before they pull our etc.

Never had troubles in 50+ years with chemists until I started using Kamsons!This time doctor sent prescription Friday (be ready Tues) so gave them extra day but still not ready Weds. Waited, only to then be told "hasn't come into stock yet. We'll have to reorder" so a totally waste of 30mins, now to be repeated. On collection, yet again, Adrenaline injectors barely within dispensable date(6 mths) expiring in only 7mths so all to be repeated January. Extra work & cost to NHS - KAMSONS get 'near expiry date' at a discount price? or do they search local shops to 'dump' oldest?Staff lovely but whole Customer Service very poor.They have mobile number - why not text to say "Sorry, it'll take longer than expected to be ready" I would NEVER recommend them. Back to Boots!

Lovely helpful staff across the phone and face to face, I've never had problems with ordering mine or my boyfriends repeat prescriptions, if there is, it normally stems from the doctors!

Used to be excellent, but all the good staff have now gone. Prescriptions now take at least a week to be delivered, and often have items missing. Will be trying Lloyds in future.

Truly dreadful service & undertrained staff!I popped into Kamsons yesterday & was met with contempt, distrust & plain rude 'Sales Assistant' who treated me like some sort of suspect/crim! She stated to another staff member whispering at a doorway as to whether I was 'Allowed' some soluble tablets......This culminated in the 'Area Manager' who also tried to suggest he was doing me a favour by (Letting me have them this time!!) to 'Iron out' any bad feeling between myself & the hapless sales girl, perhaps to convince me that I was in fact in the wrong!Unprofessional, manager who handled the situation badly & a sales girl who was extremely ebullient & crowed after me as I stated I would not be returning to this badly run pharmacy while the so called 'Area manager' looked at me be beseechingly & stated 'She's only doing her job!!'Really?? Not convincing to me in the slightest - My only thought leant towards a 'Jobsworth' area manager....A real let down today as this pharmacy is on my way home from Asda who were out of stock of the item!!Poor service = A never to return to shop vow from me!!UPDATE: 7 April!Replied to Kamsons (As a company I fear & not the actual shop) via email - I will post any resolution here!Perhaps Kamsons will restore my faith in that particular outlet.....UPDATE! - April 13 2022:Well sadly Kamsons have emailed me another 'Standard Patter' reply citing Covid for all the 'Pressure' they've been under (Haven't we the customers had the same!) & weakly apologising for the incident I, the customer experienced.....When will these companies realise that customers are their bread & butter & deserve a decent efficient & POLITE service??What will the next email reply consist of?I will post back here!!
