The people working there are rude, they don't speak English either, the main worker there told me to come back later they close 8pm and lied as they close 6pm so he didn't want to work at all, they eventually don't do prewash anymore so car comes out dirty, when i asked them to do the wheels they said we are not hand wash car service, very rude and don't go there anymore, their machine doesn't clean it's just a ripp off anyway

I used this car wash today. Horrible experience! I had a problem with closing one of my rear windows and the staff were incredibly rude and were shouting at me and one another. This was so upsetting and I am never using that particular car wash again. I have also sent an email to the company to complain.

Dreadful service. The staff are rude and the car isn?t even clean.
I asked for the interior to be hoovered was told to park after my wash which I did. I was then told they were too busy. I asked to use the vacuum myself and was directed to the petrol station where I could pay to use theirs.

The guys here are great! Always do a fantastic job and my kids always enjoy a trip to the car wash, they hoover around them and they think it?s great. My car always lasts with the rain guard.

Had the mini valet plus. Awful. Bits missed everywhere even basic hoovering. Still bits of hair on seats and in the back of the car.

This morning I went there to get my car washed and one of the staff there told me that they wouldn't wash my car. He said that I was the boss here. I only saw one car being washed there. He wasn't a British man. I went there two days ago and it was busy. He sent me back. I understand that it was busy then. But today there is only one car being washed there. Why is this rude person being employed? He shouldn't be given a job.

First and last time , worst service what I had. I paid £20 pounds for ceramic and recieve nothing .Man on the prewash just spray with water from one side and that is it. All windows,mirrors, was dirty like before. Just avoid it. I'm going to another car wash after that paid £7 pounds and car go out much clean from them. I am so disappointed. Just waste money.

Opening hours for Sundays show they?re open until 5pm. Went out of my way to get there by 4:15 and they were closed already.
