I took my bicycle in for a pre-booked appointment today. I paid for the inner tube and fitting online the day before and booked a morning appointment for the work. Although I arrived early the technician advised he would be able to start work straight away. I popped over to Starbucks for a coffee and returned 25 minutes later to find my bike ready and waiting to go. Very good service and competitively priced.

Went in to Rustington Halfords tonight. Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly?.. what a refreshing experience . I wish more stores were as pleasant and helpful. Well done Halfords !

Went today to get a headlamp bulb for my Peugeot, as I have done several times in the past, was told it's a main dealer only product.
When I checked online before I went there was no mention of that.
Sadly a waste of time.
