Only just started using them in the last 3 months as the one at my doctors surgery closed - so far everything has worked perfectly when collecting regular prescriptions

This is not my pharmacy.
I pick medication up for my Sister in Law here.
The staff are always friendly.
There an be a bit of a wait, as this pharmacy serves Wick area. The nearest other being Tesco.
Never had a problem with her medication not being ready or sent through by yhe GP

I regularly collect my prescription and am treated with polite staff. I understand that sometimes I have to wait as there is a queue. I don't have a problem with that. I read all the negative comments and I honestly have no reason to find fault.

STAY AWARE, DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY EVER! Extremely rude staff. I have used this pharmacy a few times and there is one member of staff who is particularly rude every time. This pharmacy can't fulfil prescriptions and they would rather send you away with a paper prescription than issue what you urgently require. When I called them to talk about this, they refuse to apologise for the rudeness of their staff and continue the same bad service over the phone. Words from them, can't get what you need go elsewhere! Not helpful. They would rather see customers rushed to hospital for missing medication than giving out what is urgently required and sorting the minor bits out at a later stage.
NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE!

I am in here regularly as my daughter has a regular prescription. The pharmacists in here are always so lovely and professional, I have always been served quickly and the times I have needed advice for anything they have been happy to help or point me in the right direction. I?ve also called a few times and they always answer the phone! Great pharmacy.

I was on the phone to my mum as she picked up medication for me and the person on the counter was rude to her. Is it because she asian? You just need to spoke to her nicely if she doesn't understand, it's not a hard thing to do, is it?. Just be kind from a human to another human.

so there phones are never or rarely answered so if you have an emergency youre stuffed the customer service i would rate as disgusting and under zero they seemingly dont care they are rude unprofessional and i would not recommend going to this place id call it worse but my review would be removed which should suggest just how bad this pharmacy is they never have prescription items in stock and not being a manufactor issue its clear this pharmacy is run by nobody

Service is sooo poor. I try to support my local Pharmacy but its so much quicker to park in Morrisons and get night nurse from there.

went in to collect my prescription only to be told by a very rude woman that i would have to "get in the queue" i looked round and i was the only one in the shop, all i wanted was a tube of cream, she barked at me and told me to come back in 4 hours, i pointed out that i would have to catch another bus and could she be certain that she could take my tube of cream off the shelf and give it to me, she said if the pharmacist had checked it, maybe she could, i will never go back to this place again, Rude, obnoxious staff.
