Delivery from this branch is always SO slow. No idea why. Their tracking app seems to show their drivers move at 1mph even when Google maps shows the roads are clear.

Ordered online, it took over an hour to arrive and the order was missing a whole pizza!!!
Then we spent 30 minutes on 2 phones waiting for a member of the team to answer.
Absolutely appalling customer service, this will be the last time we will be ordering from the littlehampton store.

Worst dominos ever . Got a delivery(tried to) a chinese woman called me up saying she can?t deliver my food due to road closure(fair enough) she said could we pick up our order but we couldn?t so she said that i will receive my refund in 2-3 days. i ordered on the 26/7/2024 around 8pm. It?s now 03/08/2024 and i still don?t have the £31 refund. Will be coming to collect my money face to face ??

Average pizza and wrong drink but what really annoyed me was the text an hour later asking me to tip my delivery driver - how about you corporate scum pay a decent wage instead of trying to guilt trip people who have already paid for an overpriced pizza into paying your staff wages on top as well. I also clicked the do not contact boxes on the website.
