Went into the Littlehampton store to buy an oven, hob and extractor fan - Stu, the assistant went above and beyond . He was very helpful, patient and got me all the relevant discounts. The process was painless! So it's 10/10 for Stu - well done.

Had a wonderful service in store with manager and a new member of staff K. Brilliant a new hob and cooker and T.V would be delivered a few days later. A few days later when delivery expected no show, no text, no call, no nothing we thought we had made the mistake. Then a text 2 days after with a new date 4 days after first failed dely, ok we thought. 1 day before new dely date its going to be a further 7 days after before anything would arrive. I visited the store to find out what was going on as there was no clear explanation. I was told the driver had had a car accident, when I queried about, stand in staff, taking over the staff member that had gone sick, I was just told by the flabbergasted staff member, he's had a car accident which he repeated to all my queries. The staff member honestly was aghast that I had still expected my delivery to arrive sooner than 2.5 week after the original date offered. I walked away when no sense was forthcoming. We stuck with the then offered dely assuming they would stick with the first time slot we requested. WRONG!!!!! totally opposite STUPID ME. Original time slot favoured due to our pattern, only informed of completely inconvenient time slot 8 pm evening before. We have to stick with this we had just moved to a house with no cooker working or hob but we will not be back to this store there are other options, we feel totally abused, no customer service and once they have your money they DO NOT care!!!
