Ordered a caramel iced latte and when i payed I received my drink and it was nothing but a plastic cup full of milk with no caramel syrup and the smallest amount of coffee for the price of £4.25 not worth it at all

Daisy was fantastic... great to chat with and offered to bring all our food and drinks out to where we were sitting, enjoying the sunshine... carrot cake was superb and my caramel frappe was delicious... thanks for looking after us, Daisy, much appreciated... see you soon...

And now great news (shared by a member of staff 21/07/24) that all well behaved dogs are now welcome inside all branches of Costa Coffee!!
Parking: Plenty of parking along the parade of shops...
Wheelchair accessibility: Flat and level entrance, door buzzer if help is needed and disabled toilets...

I went into Costa Coffee today and was served by a young lady called Molly. Molly was a superstar today as she was all on her own due to staff shortages but managed to stay calm and collected even though she had a queue that was nearly out the door. She smiled at every customer and was very polite too. I think Molly deserves a bonus for today due to the fact that she did at least three peoples work. I will definitely go back next time I am passing through the area.
