We often go this store and have never had any problems. But today whilst we were there we noticed a lot of little black flies about where we were sitting. As we were sitting near the bin we thought they were maybe coming from there so moved to another table but there was still some there. I went to inform a member of staff and I saw some there I explained about the flies and she walked away. I thought she was maybe going to inform a senior member of staff and that they would come to speak with us. No-one came to see us. This was to me very bad management as we did not receive any apology in anyway and the flies were a hygiene problem.

Paid 2.50 GBP per item of bakery... Not fresh, from yesterday, very disappointed.

I ordered a nutcracker hot chocolate from costa in littlehampton, I was walking out the shop when I realised they got my order wrong and gave me a coffee instead so I walked back in to inform them that they gave me the wrong drink, and they then made it again, and still gave me a coffee. I?m honestly so upset. I get anxious when I have to go up and ask them to remake my drink. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time, as it looked like the person who took my order was new, but twice they got it wrong.

Typically Costa but a lot more expensive than my local Costa. Staff not as friendly or helpful. Didn't eat there as there was a limited selection.

I'm regular to Costa, but this time in littlhampton my decaffeinated cappuccino was ok but the carrot cake, maybe because it was the last slice, but I felt a little too dry.
Good and fast service.

Noisy place despite it's size and not many people in there. My teapot was chipped which I think might be a food hygiene problem...

After moving into Littlehampton to live have visited Costa on a number of times with good service and serving our coffee to our table very pleased with the service we have received

Nice friendly staff. Always pop in here when visiting Littlehampton. I agree with another review that the toilets need attention - very dark and needs to be cleaner.

The shop appears to be short staffed but the coffee and sandwiches were great. I see complains about the toilets go back 7 years ago in shocked nothing had been done about them. They were so disgusting when we were there that I didn't even go past the door.
