We often go this store and have never had any problems. But today whilst we were there we noticed a lot of little black flies about where we were sitting. I ordered a nutcracker hot chocolate from costa in littlehampton, I was walking out the shop when I realised they got my order wrong and gave me a coffee instead so I walked back in to inform them that they gave me the wrong drink, and they then made it again, and still gave me a coffee.
