Stopped to get small shop. No staff available as she was busy behind the counter. I asked if I should use the self service til as I had only two items. She said yes. It didn't work and she had to help anyway. My coop card wouldn't work and she told me to scan a code and I could get one! She was really ill and said that she didn't want to breathe on me! She shouldn't have been at work in that condition maybe?I tried to pay and the self service till frozen! I saw another staff member and asked if he could help me. He said that he was seeing to the other customer who had just arrived as the self service till next to me and itwas also not working! I was there ten minutes trying to use the till! I left my items and went home. Never to return to the co-op!

Just been into this co-op , I saw a mango and passionfruit yogurt reduced from £2 to 60p , as I had other shopping I didn't think anything of it at the time. I've just got home and realised I was charged the full amount. I was not given a receipt or even offered one. Seems silly but if they are going to reduce food then put the cheaper price over the original barcode.

Probably the worst local Co-op I have ever experienced, extremely overpriced, take sparkling water, 20p dearer than the Co-op in Arundel, picked up on the prices straight away when we moved in to the village. Side of the building over run with litter on a Saturday afternoon, No Times Newspaper, surely with all the new build in the area missed opportunity, get a manager who understands retail!!! Will not support this store until changes are made, pleased there Is a Sainsburys/Asda close by, please make changes, I managed 500 forecourt stores in my time, I would be looking for a new retailer for this poor excuse for a shop now

Asked my wife to go and pick up a too good to go food parcel with all of the codes that the app give you and they refused to give the parcel to her because they could not see the app. I can?t leave the house so we paid for the food but couldn?t get it!!!!So someone in the shop is going home with the food I bought!!!Totally unbelievable behaviour for a £3.75 food parcel, they treated her like criminal

Had a parcel re directed here, went in to get a few days after they received it and was told by staff it wasn?t here. Went back a week later, they found it. It was there the whole time , tell your staff to wake up

shops fine but the post office needs more staff because the opening and closing times are less consistent than the number 9 bus lol its so annoying walking down there and beung told it will open at different times every time like ? plz make an ig or twitter or something and say when the post office will be open because it?s actually so annoying??? like she put up the sign 50 minutes before it opened like atp whats the point ??

Excellent help from the man at the postoffice. Due to a mixup left a very heavy parcel was left there for me to fetch. I am 78! And had a malignant cancer op. The postoffice person who dealt with me without even asking took it to the car. Thank you so much x

Lack of stock most of the time, staff have no charisma , customers are a pain, far too expensive when you can get what you need. Need another grocery shop in our village ?

Appalling. Rude staff not wearing masks, shouting and screaming across the shop. Half the customers not wearing masks with no prompting from staff to put one on. I'm sure many people will catch Omicron from this breeding ground.

This is my local shop. But the last 5 times I have been in the total amount due on the till is always missing advertised savings in store. Eg : 2 for £3 or buy buy 2 for £2. I have had to get the amount adjusted by a supervisor each time, who apologies and sorts it out but it makes you wonder how many people are being overcharged without noticing. If the supervisor apologises each time why don't they correct the problem in store so it does not happen over and over?
