Brought a balloon today. The lady serving couldn't have been more blunt with me - felt like it was an inconvenience I was a customer. Very poor customer service, won't buy from this store again.

Lou was so very helpful and sensitive to our requirements for ballons for rememberence of our Mum. For what was a difficult time for us she and her collegue helped us select baloons and had them ready for collection. We were most grateful for going above and beyond.Thank you
