I just want to say thank you to Claire, Laura and Jack.My first contact was with Claire on a telephone enquiry, she was most helpful with an excellent telephone manner. I then went along to the store where Jack looked after me, with assistance from Laura. Both these young people gave me the sort of customer service I thought was a thing of the past!
