“All the staff here are great with the exception of one of the yard boys (the one with the shades and planet of the apes haircut). Whilst I was in the yard for 5 minutes he was deliberately unhelpful to me and I then saw him being rude to two other customers. It's a real shame as one bad apple can ruin a businesses good reputation that all the other staff have worked hard to forge.Luckily one of the other boys in the yard sorted me out and was great. The bad staff member needs at the very least a strong word in his ear.”
