I recently revisited this place after a gap of about four months, and I must say, the changes are remarkable! The store manager and the support staff have truly transformed the experience.
Kudos to the store manager for implementing these improvements. The service was efficient, and the overall atmosphere felt more welcoming. The wait time was minimal, store manager was very friendly and attentive and the support staff had a positive attitude.
The store is now much better organized, cleaner, and more customer-centric. It's evident that they've put effort into enhancing the dining experience.
I would definitely visit back and would highly recommend?

Pizza was not cooked staff don't know customer service loaded cheese and bacon fries raw rock hard. Please check your order if collecting it or home delivery. The manager leaves her staff to deal with problems does not communicate what she says on the phone TRUELY TERRIBLE NEVER

It's Domino pizza, usually nothing worth writing about.But this Sunday 13th August, only 1 hard working woman at the shop, all the items received was freshly prepared, still pipping hot at home after collection.This shop is very clean.

I fenced a pizza from Domino's in Lancing Village, so I went to the shop and ordered a Smell pizza and a Medium, The Staff said it would be 10 to 15 minutes and so I wait inside ethe shop for it to be done and when he handed it over to me was two small pizzas, When I told them about the mistake that they have made they denied it and my friend was with me at the time and knew what I had said to the guy taking my order, I will be not going back ever again, Even if my life depended on it.
