Not the Best didn't notify me to say I could pick my parcel up but swore blind they did ,wasn't open on time and said they go by their clock and when you ring the number given on the site its obsolete so can't make contact poor show

Open between 8am and 10am Monday to Wednesday, Thursday and Friday its shut completely! What the hell kind of service is this?! I think I'll leave a note on my door for the postie to forge my signature and leave the parcel at my door in future. I'd rather take my chances!Not a reflection on the actual staff who work there, who in the past when it was open more than 6 hours a week, were always quick, friendly and helpful.

Collected a parcel which couldn't be delivered earlier in the week. Wasn't until I came to the counter the hours the delivery office was open are different to the website and I could have collected my parcel sooner.

Had urgent Saturday delivery and they text me to say they couldn't deliver, when they didn't even bother.I will no longer order from companies that use Royal Mail for their deliveries.Useless plebs.

Card through door saying Customs charge to pay. Telephone number on card is out of date. Found another number but no answer called within stated opening times.

What good is a delivery office if it closes at 1.30pm? Impossible to collect anything from there if you have a job .
