This is the second time i ordered through Deliveroo Priority Service so paid extra. The order should have been expedited BUT no kept getting delay after delay. I can see on the app that this is the fault of the restaurant not getting their act together and when it did arrive cold again exactly as last time. Shame as i like Wimpy but the service here is just awful and i will never use this restaurant again they have had two chances both times messed up and blamed the driver which is not correct the blame is firmly with the kitchen not doing their job!!!

Discovered the Wimpy in Horsham last year and it takes me back to my youth. Very fifties and of course great service from happy staff. Should I name favourites? S*****a. My 13yo loves the retro meme and apparently they have the best milkshakes.

The service here is great. The staff are all lovely and super friendly, seeming to have a genuine fondness for the regulars. But they all look freezing. Management need to either allow them to wear more layers or turn the heating on. Speaking as a customer, nobody is looking at the staff and judging them by what they?re wearing so if they?re not allowed to wear warmer and comfy layers at present, this should be changed.

Great service - greeted as soon as we came in, order taken & food served quickly but did not feel rushed. Servers were friendly & we noticed how kind they were to all their customers young & old! Food better than we expected - we haven't been in a Wimpy for decades.

Proper table service which was really nice, and the food was great. They had made a bit too much milkshake, which they gave to us for free - really kind of you, thank you! Food was hot and tasty. Will be back!

Honestly if you want the full 1980s dining experience get down to Wimpy Horsham, it's not been decorated since about 1988 and I absolutely love it, if they only played 80's tunes in there I'd be in heaven. Staff are really friendly, food is classic Wimpy. Just great all round ??

Nice place to eat in Horsham, staff very friendly, food cooked fresh and very nice,always clean and never waited to be served even when quite busy

On a rainy Wednesday this brightened up my day. Staff were extremely friendly amplifier got to enjoy our meal without feeling rushed at All like you do in most fast food establishments these days.
