Service is really lacking. Why don?t big companies seem to care about their level of customer service anymore.There are two individuals in particular who give exceptionally bad service and talk down to customers and have seen both members of staff ridicule customers in store.It?s really not good, if someone wants to reach out from WHsmiths and contact me then I would love to talk.For a customers point of view, if you are going in here to use the PostOffice be prepared to bite your tongue off.

Awful. Staff didnt want to serve. One girl did her best to ignore the queues. Chap finally came over and insisted we had to use self service even tho we wanted lottery. Wont go back

Jamaican lady served me today and she wasn?t polite at all. I don?t know if it was because of my age but she treats me different to everyone else. Will not be returning.

Terrible experience. Staff that don't care, no attempt to go above and beyond, I arrived happy, and they literally sucked any joy I had out of me. Won't be supporting such awful business practices

W. H. Smith, anywhere, is not what it was! Aisles too narrow, shelves too high. Not inviting, in spite of the bargain books. But sometimes necessary as it contains a comprehensive selection of magazines, good wrapping paper and numerous book titles.

Post office has no staff lol! The Jamaican lady was doing her best but she was on her own. 1 star for the lady -4 for the lack of other staff.

It's awful. Nobody knows what they're doing, service is slow. Business banking opens and closes at random times and if it does happen to be open they usually can't open the safe. If it wasn't for the fact that I have to bank with them for business reasons I definitely wouldn't.

I Go and have coffee most mornings before work, one polish member of staff ignored me, she could see that I was waiting, but continued chatting, to another member of staff, I then had to ask her to serve me as i was waiting for my order and did not want a cold coffee as I bring my own cup, she side looked me on then gave me my order
