Very good service for trying on suits and very helpful advice from the staff. I'm unimpressed with their tailoring service though. A suit had the sleeves taken up a bit and the buttons moved. When putting the suit on for the first time after the tailoring service two of the buttons were so loose they fell off as we were trying to sew them on securely. They would definitely have fallen off as we were out today as they were just hanging on with completely loose thread

This type of store is a dying breed. Other places take note: if you want to compete with online retail it's all about service and Wakefields Horsham is the best of the best.
The service and the store layout are great, I always enjoy browsing and getting some advice from the staff. I shop a lot in London and I can tell you that the service here is right up there and better than most high-end shops.
Go in and support your local businesses that are actually providing a great service.

I would give this place 6 stars if I could.Paul, thank you for everything. Not only did I look my sharpest on our wedding day but the whole experience of getting a suit tailored to perfection with you was next level. No detail too small, no ask too large.Looking forward to dropping by and catching up next time we're in town!

If we could give 6 stars then we would. Absolutely blown away by the service we received from Matthew. He went above and beyond to assist us. We visited moss bros just before and were so appalled by their service or lack of, that we were so grateful to be served by such genuinely caring staff. Thank you so much to Matthew and the team. We will most definitely be purchasing from here in the future.

Had to return a jacket I bought a year ago as the buttons had become loose. They repaired it in a few days with no charge. Was not expecting such a great service. They have some beautiful designer clothes. Will certainly be returning soon.

Cannot thank Paul and Donal enough for all their help with my step sons wedding suits. They spent time and put in alot of effort to ensure all 4 suits were perfect. All alterations were fantastic. The ties and accessories perfectly matched. Donald even did a tutorial video to help with the Windsor knots for the ties. Great personal service that made the grooms party feel very special. Thank you ?

Extremely expensive clothing. Very pushy salespeople. Silts shirt worn by a number of people. Not a good experience having spent a great deal of money!!

Fantastic store and a great range. Please be aware that you will only get a credit note for refunds. Shoes felt like a different pair than those I tried in the store. On trying them at home the next morning and they were far too tight - I can only imagine that a narrower or newer pair were given to me at the till? I wasn't allowed a refund despite only 9 days passing from the purchase date (specified on my receipt), but it's not a big deal as I love shopping here!
