My partner recently purchased my beautiful engagement ring in Wakefields Horsham. We later went in together to get it resized with Harriet. She was so kind and helpful and answered any questions we had!

Wakefields provide a very high quality and customer focused service, with an excellent range of jewellery in a fantastic friendly and professional environment. The whole experience was positive and made me glad that I had chosen a local family run jewellers rather than one of the chains to find the ring I was looking for. It should also be noted that when comparing prices, Wakefields compare very favourably with a nearby competitor. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Every member of staff was welcoming and very helpful. There were 5 of us and we were all offered a drink and a seat.
My item was taken for repair and I managed to also find a birthday present for one of my daughters.

From start to finish, the customer service and experience was excellent. Everyone was super welcoming, the lovely lady who pierced my daughters ears was 10/10 for putting her at ease and explaining everything to us and I am so pleased with the service.. Would highly recommended to family and friends.

We love the way everyone is treated and made to feel in Wakefields.
Obviously the shop exudes a very high class feel, however you still manage to make ALL customers feel welcome and valued. We also love the fact that you still provide basic services (watch batteries etc) and quality but low end cost items too.
The bottom line is that prices are fair and comparable to much more low-end outlets selling equivalent products. Considering the way you get treated in Wakefields, the choice to visit your shop is a 'no-brainer'!

Amazing staff throughout. From the welcome at the door, the man who offered us drinks whilst we chose earrings for my daughters ear piercing and finally the lady who did the piercing who was so kind and helpful. All for a very reasonable price - couldn?t have asked for more!

Kaiya was extremely patient and kind to my 9 year old daughter when she saw her for ear piercing. My daughter was very nervous, but Kaiya took the time to talk her through the process and gave her lots of encouragement. The ear piercing went ahead successfully, and my daughter is thrilled with her sparkly new ear rings.
