We came in for lunch and sat straight down. Before we left it did fill up so I would recommend booking in advance.
We had sprite and iced tea for drinks. We ordered the chicken donburi bowl and the katsu chicken. We also ordered chicken gyozas. The chicken in the donburi was a bit gristly and greasy but the staff were great and swapped it for a beef donburi. Apart from that it was lovely ,fresh and very tasty. The bill came to £47. Will definitely come here again.

Bought meal for my grandson, simple just 2 child?s chicken katsu curry, received yasai katsu curry. When rang up the restaurant was unhelpful and suggested cancelling. My grandson has an eating disorder and the delay of over an hour was distressing for him

We ordered wagamamas dinner this evening, which arrived ontime, but some of the food was cold, the chicken was very dry and chewy not what we expected, it's the first time we have ordered from this restaurant, never again. So sad when we spent a lot of money on anticipating a lovely meal.

This is a beautiful Wagamamas, but the staff we had- had no idea what the items were!
They over explained, after we said we have been many times, messed up the table number, messed up the labelling of drinks, lucky we knew the different sizes we ordered otherwise we would have been having the wrong drinks, also called matcha lattes -mochas, delivered a cold coffee m somehow, the katsu curry was one of the worst rubbery ones I?ve ever had.
It wasn?t that busy in the store, but took ages to get attention to order the food.
The nervousness of it all was quite tedious too. I?m easily impressed but by the end of this- I?m not best pleased with this particular chain.
I mean, maybe the staff were training but overall we had a bad experience here

Although I cannot rate the service and atmosphere, my input solely relies on food. I?m afraid and I genuinely think this is something to do with the receipt itself, but the firecracker curry was so spicy that I had burning bowel. @wagamama HQ please add extra information onto the order platform.

A great experience with staff quickly finding us a table on a Saturday night and very polite and attentive. A problem with the POS meant my dish didn't go through at the same time as my friends, but staff noticed this quite soon after they'd all been served and were very apologetic, we got some money off the bill so that's fair enough - mistakes happen. One of the nicer and tidier branches of wagamama I've been to and my chicken noodles were delicious!
Dietary restrictions: Staff always check allergies and dietary requirements before ordering, and the menu is diligent on listing these.

Went on Friday 18th October, and we were told that there would be a 30 min wait for food, and we also are aware than when the items of food are ready, theyre on the table.
We ordered drinks and starters (chick gyoza, Hot honey chicken and prawn crackers) whilst we decided our mains. Once our drinks arrived 5 mins later, we ordered our mains.
To our surprise, the Katsu curry, arrived very quick, and cold, only 5 minutes after ordering. despite ordering starters way before, and also not being given cutlery. But atleast our waitress Hailie put her name on the paper, rather than topping up the cutlery, other than a singular fork.
We receieved our prawn crackers, my partner had finished her Katsu curry, before my Rahmen arrived (this is expected here). Only after finishing both mains, did our hot honey chicken starter arrive. Our Gyozas never arrived! This was taken off our bill, but before we had a chance to make a complaint, we saw our waitress out the window walking down the high street home, leaving us with nobody serving!
The restuarant clearly prioritises online orders as they block the walkway to the toilet, cause severe delays and hoard the entrance.
We paid, as we felt obligated to, by using the qr code on the table to pay online, as we had no body to speak to, to raise a complaint! over £50, and we didnt even get a goodbye or thank you as we left. i even looked back, waited at the door, for anyone, anybody! but got nothing! thank you for taking my money though Wagamama?s Horsham and not giving us a starter, having a cold main, the other starters as an afters, and for not even having the courtesy to say thank you, goodbye or have a good evening.

Disappointing that our 3 main meals arrived so far apart that it didn't feel as if we were sharing a meal together. The kitchen was prioritising their takeaway customers and we were not the only seated customers who were waiting longer than was reasonable. Shame really because the waiting staff were doing their best and as usual the food, when it arrived was tasty.
