I was seen promptly and treated with care particularly by the optician. I had various tests and was given the results which was explained to me in full. My only criticism is that I was given a scan but not advised of the cost beforehand.

Second time I've experienced the worst customer service as this branch. Today, I got seen promptly for my contact lens assessment and then needed to sign up for the direct debit. Waited 25 MINUTES without acknowledgement for someone to come back from their lunch break, when they did they didn't know how to order contact lenses and just starred at their screen. After an hour I gave up! Not the first time this has happened either, I'll be going out of my way to go to a different branch now.

Always a good service just a pity I was not informed of the change in your supplier and that I could not only order 1 gas permeable contact lense and had to buy 2 new ones. I think a slight lack of communication. Anyway all good now
