Clean and comfortable stay.
The rooms were spotless, everything worked fine, and the bed linen was as excellent as always with Travelodge.
There?s no private parking, only public city parking nearby.
The staff were incredibly friendly ? almost unbelievably so (to the point it was funny ?).
A solid choice for a short stay in Horsham.

I never leave a review but felt it was essential to say just how amazing tasha was. I had difficulty with the booking but she ironed out all the problems and made my stay really comfortable. She is an absolute credit to the workforce and her hard work needs recognition. What a diamond ?

Rooms r like shoe boxes, bathrooms are like cupboards' desk never maintained, hot and stuffy, water sprinklers hanging off ceiling in corridors, NO CAR PARKING COST EXTRA TO PARK IN SHOPPING CENTRE..

Maks was warm , kind , understanding , professional and all heart - nothing was too much trouble. He certainly put the ' extra mile ' in going the extra mile
My room is lovely , perfect for working tommorrow on my laptop.
The welcome and service I received second to none!
If you are coming to Horsham stay here, and make sure this guy serves you - you are in for a wonderful experience.

Located in the central part of Horsham town centre convenient for shopping and site seeing. The hotel doesn't have parking, however we reserved 3 days parking through JustPark at the nearby Sainsburys for £6 per day (car park is 24 hour parking). Our stay was during an exceptionally hot spell of weather and the hotel doesn't have air conditioning so the heat at nighttime was unpleasant. There is a JD Wetherspoon opposite which was handy for meals but please take note it has a 1 am curfew so it can be noisy at weekends. That said, I recommend this hotel purely for its brilliant location.

Rooms smelt a bit damp. No air-conditioning so windows open for that and damp smell plus by the bus stop noise not great. Receptionist was fantastic though, a credit so shame I can't recall her name
