Lucas served me and sorted me out with a 1m long drill bit that I needed for a job. They had great stock availability, unlike Screwfix. I needed it today as I lost my old one. The atmosphere was pleasant, and they have a really good selection of camping items, the Deva pull-out mono kitchen tap, and general Select Plumbing supplies."

Two members of staff seemed very happy to inform my partner and I we were unable to get the free dewalt item when sending over £150. Horrible attitude of both members and was unable to raise a complaint without being laughed at and shouted over. Will never use this company again. False advertisement and horrible staff.
