Jay at broadbridge heath (Tesco) was absolutely fantastic. Went in for to have a car key copied, it turned out to be a complicated process on my particular car involving a couple of visits. Throughout he kept me informed of progress and went above and beyond in finding a solution to the problem and had no hesitation to contact colleagues to see if they had ideas. Will definitely use this store again

Not impressed, took my grandfather pocket watch in to send off for a quote on fixing and servicing. Over £200 and they mullered the watch. Case knife nicks all over the case as they didn't realise you press a button to open it.

Jay at Timpsons, was TRULY AMAZING!
The service was incredible, and although my car key required full re-soldering, repair, and re-programming - He went above and beyond to find a solution.
Can?t recommend them enough, brilliant experience, and great guy.

Imagine a place that won't cut a genuine key from Toyota ? but will cut keys if you buy one from them for a stupid price.(No name generic brand key) ?Such a dumb founded excuse to make extra money considering how big timpsons is.......greedy is what it is.Ended up going to our trustable local locksmiths in Three Bridges, Crawley.(Peter Weare Locksmiths)£12 to cut 2 keys. Even tried giving the owner £20 but he wouldn't take it.Rather support our trusted locksmith then these big greedy company's likeTimpsons.

Needed a new battery for my watch (Tissot - referencing in case it's useful) and they gave me a lifetime battery for 42 quid and replaced it in the time it took me to grab a meal deal. Really nice guy working there and the service was brilliant, he even put in the correct time and date.
