Amazing two days. Could not have been better.
Lovely place with friendly hosts.
We will be using this place on our regular visits to family in Horsham.

My auntie and uncle stayed over the weekend and absolutely loved this bed and breakfast.
They were very impressed with the cleanliness, the garden and the friendliness of the owners.
The owners even gave them a lift to our function!
Thank you for giving them a wonderful place to stay.

I stayed here the other night. Luckily for me they accomadated me at very short notice. I was welcomed in, made to feel comfortable and given a lift into town,.
It's a really nice property, lounge, bedroom and bathroom & Immaculately kept awesome service.
Thanks again

Home from home. I stayed for two nights and absolutely loved the place. Spacious two rooms with a bathroom, comfortable double bed, couch, two TV sets, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. Jackie is a pure gem, she looked after me very well. She is very welcoming, approachable and nothing is too much trouble. She cooked delicious breakfast for me that filled me up until late lunchtime. When I am in Sussex again, I will definitely book my stay here. I wholeheartedly recommend Martin?s B&B, it?s home from home, very quiet and safe.

Great place to stay. Comfortable , well appointed and friendly . Hosts, Jackie and Colin, provide a very warm welcome and great service. Perfect place to stay for business or pleasure. I stayed frequently over last year and was never disappointed.

I recently stayed at The Martins whilst waiting for my new property to be ready. For the 3 weeks of my stay it felt like home. Jacqui and Colin were very welcoming and accommodating. The accomodation was very comfortable, clean and cosy. Thank you both for making my stay so memorable. I will 100% be recommending The Martins to friends and family in the future.

You stay in an annexe with its own its front door, sitting room, bedroom, and bathroom. Fridge and kettle with tea and coffee. Free parking. Jacqui and Colin are lovely people who provide a lovely place to stay with a great full English in the morning.Treat bad reviews on here as questionable.

Well what can I say about our fabulous time at the Martin?s. Jackie and Colin were the ultimate hosts and made our stay at this wonderful B&B an absolute pleasure. Having previously stayed in other B&Bs, this place really is a cut above the rest. I would happily stay here again and we would highly recommend it to anyone. Outstanding value for money. Thanks once again.

Bed and breakfast, but no cooked breakfast, only cereal!! Not really what we paid for. We stayed in November and it was very very cold with no heating on.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights for a nearby wedding, we couldn't have been happier with our choice of B&B. Jackie and Colin were really welcoming and we immediately felt at home. The accommodation was spotless and extremely comfortable and the garden looks amazing. The only downside is that we only booked in for two nights, we wished we'd stayed longer. Definitely recommend.

I've seen several reviews about this place and some are rubbish!!! The place was clean, tidy, bigger than I expected and was greeted with open arms and care. Jackie and Colin made sure I had everything I need for my stay going above and beyond for my requests I asked them for my stay. If I'm in the area I WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK. Thank you again guys.?

Not a very good experience. An extended stay for work. The rooms in the annex were spacious and well equipped, though decor, fixtures and furnishings are very dated and old. The bathroom is particularly in need of refurbishment. The BnB is very cold and there is a very strong smell of damp in the bedroom particularly. The toilet broke 4 times during my stay and I had to fix it myself on 2 occasions. Guest privacy is not respected by the landlady. Constantly letting herself in unannounced while I was in residence; listening in to private phone calls from the adjoining rooms. I was angrily remonstrated with by the landlady for taking a bath, and for asking for the heating to be turned on (at the time of asking, the temperature was 10°C in the annex). A microwave and small fridge are provided, however, I had to clean both of these before I could use them, as they were dirty. £45 a night represents good value for money, if you are staying for one or two nights only and if it's Summer, but lower your expectations. I did not have breakfast during my stay; I was only offered cornflakes. The Martin's BnB is approximately 2 miles outside of Horsham town centre, situated in Roffey. If you have a cat allergy, this bnb will be unsuitable for you, as the owner's cats often come into the guest annex and there is cat fur on the carpets and on the bed linen and towels. In response to the owners comments: I was not offered a reduced rate - I paid the advertised BnB rate. You were obviously aware of the issues mentioned, as they were raised with you at the time.

Jackie and Colin saved our weekend when they fitted us in after being let down nearby! The accommodation is immaculate and they were both so welcoming. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning x
