I dont believe you allow vaping in the no smoking area. Yet your staff do not say anything although they see it . Can the “no smoking “ sign include vapes and be enforced please.

Visited on a Thursday lunchtime and every table was full. Lovely atmosphere. Food was lovely and staff friendly.

My first visit to the Lynd Cross, for breakfast.
Was about 11 am on a weekday and relatively busy. However we found it comfortable. Food was served within time. Friendly team of staff. They only lost a star due to the awful queue for the one working hot drinks machine.

Ordered a Spice Bag with Chip Shop curry sauce? The meal arrived minus the curry sauce? asked two members of staff where was the curry sauce? by the time they brought it out the curry sauce the food was cold and so was the curry sauce when it arrived? it wasn?t hot or even room temperature it was cold.. asked another member of staff if the curry sauce was meant to be served cold and they said no?

Usually have no issues here but unfortunately my most recent visit was a huge disappointment. Waited 45 minutes for boyfriends food to arrive. Another 10 for mine and then they bought me the wrong food. They were thankfully very understanding considering they were clearly very understaffed but unfortunately I then had to wait another 20/25 minutes for my new burger which had tomato on it, even though I ordered it with no tomato, and specified no tomato when I returned the food originally. Never felt such disappointment leaving a spoons before. Nothing against the staff, they handled it the best they could but just a very disappointing trip.
