Visited this shop on Thursday with a jumper that I purchased last year. The garment had a faulty zip. On showing it to Julia, the manager, she immediatly exchanged it without quibble. What Excellent Service!!! Thank you Julia.

I visited today for lunch - I often have a coffee here and enjoy the spaciousness and ambience of the cafe. My mistake was ordering hot food. I ordered a jacket potato with cheese and beans.
