I use Tesco Express in Redkiln Way because it offers Esso Synergy 99+ petrol which didn't until recently have ethanol added to the fuel. It's kinder to my 50 year old classic car and improves the performance of my daily drive which thrives on high octane fuel.
The only downside is that people on occasion fill their car with petrol and then do a grocery shop blocking the petrol pumps and tying up the serving staff whilst they scan and collect payment. Not well thought out.
If I read the notices correctly the garage / store is closing on the 10th May for redevelopment and will not reopen till September. Let's hope they fix things.

My regular place to shop and get petrol.
I have read on here several people complaining for queing for petrol. My advice is, do not go in the rush hours..
Which is first thing in morn. Before people go to work and later afternoons when people start leaving work and end of school times.
I go for petrol either before 7am or evening around 8.30pm..These are the best times.
I find the shop is mostly stocked, once the lorry has been. Which comes early am..
What i tend to do is look on the tesco express app. Local one..and check the stock, of what you want..i find this very helpful.
With the staff. I tend to get on well with..there helpful and hardworking. And find some of them a laugh. So if you think they have sn attittude towards you. Possibly its you with the issue.
Overal i thank the staff here. For all there hard work..Your all doing a grand job.

Cool place to shop. Always busy. Wait ages just to pay for petrol.

If wanting fuel don't get there before 7 as tanker is on forecourt, if wanting fuel after 7 be prepared to wait up to 20 mins as extremely busy and some people fill up and then do a shop while leaving car at pump... I don't have a choice as firm only use ESSO and this is the only one in a 15 mile radius....

The Evri returns machine never works, it?s always ?out of order?, or ?out of paper?, or the device to scan the parcel they have is ?broken?.Happened enough times to believe that they just don?t want to take parcels in.
