Went there my daughter was packing the bag just touched the wine bottle and this lady working started having a go at her and said your going to have to put that down now or I need id so I did it then I had a photo of my club card because I forgot it at home so my husband sent a quick photo (first time I did this ) then she said mhh u can't do that's it's policy and got all rude . Went a few days later she served us again and was rude chatting to colleges and then taking on headset then we asked for a receipt and she huffed like I was a pain.

Extremely rude manager.
After a long day spent in hospital at the way back home I stopped in this Tesco express.
Was 25 April at 22:55.
At 23:01 at the till a stinky manager with long hairs doesn?t allow me to buy a bottle of wine because he said the sistem is shutted.
Ridiculous!!!!!
I was already in before the sistem has shutted.
Next time clean your self properly and after talk with the customers ignorant!!

Absolutely awful! Staff are rude, unhelpful, publicly criticise customers to each other on their headsets whilst serving other people on the till, accuse people including little children of stealing and one of them smells like he hasn?t ever had a wash. They think it?s funny to be as rude as they can, none of them even tell you how much the shopping is, if you need a bag, club card etc which seems to be common practice in all other stores! Avoid!!

Small convenience store that has a surprising amount of stock for its size. Useful parking. They stopped selling Green and Blacks and taramasalata so knocked a star off.

Walked in did a lil shop around went to the till was served by a young gentleman paid then went around the store again to see if nan needed anything else then I walk out then some guy shouted at me saying am I going to pay for that? Utter disgrace accusing people just like that gonna make an official complaint to management

It's a small Tesco Express with parking for 15 ish cars, covers most essentials.

Do the staff ever help on the till, big queue and never any help. Staff chatting to friends, whilst others walking around ignoring the help needed. I dont want to be waiting over 10 mins to get served when I don?t need to be. Management really needs sorting here.

Always busy and always 1 person on the till. Watched the other day as 1 struggled and 2 other members of staff were watching the cue discussing where to move the deodorant. When one was asked to go on the till to help she had a face on her and moaned about being stressed. It?s not rocket science, you?re always busy in the evening so double up your till staff

It's OK It's not as clean as it should be. Staff are OK except the older guy there tries to chat up most of the females.
