To be fair it was not entirely their fault. I went to speak with the pharmacist as I was unwell and they can now give antibiotics for certain conditions. However, because she was only a locum, she does not have access to the 111 system so could not get my details and in consequence could not treat me. .... in all the time the government has been saying the pharmacists now have these new powers they did not say ' but only if they are employed by the company' and until you get to whichever pharmacy you want to use you do not have this information and yes I could have rung first, which I did, 10/20 times and no one answers the phone....and that's not just tesco

Pharmacy at tesco broadbridge heath very polite but not confidential opened medication given nit really the right thing to do as this is confidential to the patient not the person who perhaps collects it its like opening aomeones mail a no no

Tried to call their phone number and it just rings off. We urgently need to know if they stocked an antibiotic for my grand-daughter who is very unwell.

Awful service never have your prescription ready they always say they are 10 days behind you have wait until they text you even with a repeat prescription.

Very slow service. Only ever seem to have one person serving with normally a queue of people waiting. A suggestion to Tesco , how about having one queue for people collecting prescriptions and another for those wishing to buy behind the counter medicines !

You might want to tell your staff to not turn all the lights off and put their coats on at half 3 on a Sunday. No wonder the customers get so rude when it?s clear they don?t want to be there or help you at all.

Booked flu jab appointment online. Arrived for appointment. Told that you can't book within 24 hours of the appointment so they didn't have anyone to do it or the jabs. They rarely have the staff or the medicine you need. It's a dreadful service and I feel sorry for the people working there.

Brilliant pharmacy. Ellie was wonderful with helping me get my medication I urgently needed and helped me get in contact with my GP to speed up the process. Very good customer service, and I commend Ellie for going above and beyond helping me. Thank you very much.

Absolute shambles of a pharmacy. Have to wait 2 weeks before you can pick up a prescription and then that?s only if they have the items. After months of issues I had to switch over to another pharmacy

Telephone number on Google and Tesco website doesn't work. As an alternative, you can call the store and choose options to get through to the Pharmacy, but it just rings and rings and eventually cuts you off. Pretty poor when you are trying to locate important medicines in short supply locally.

Shockingly bad customer service,never told the same thing twice,I?m sure they make it up as they go along! When caught out their answer was that they are training staff?.. but not very wellAlways a long queue

I don't know if any of you have seen the film Zootropolis but that's the speed these staff work at. Was a queue of 5 people which took 22 minutes to get through.
