Telephone number on Google and Tesco website doesn't work. As an alternative, you can call the store and choose options to get through to the Pharmacy, but it just rings and rings and eventually cuts you off. Pretty poor when you are trying to locate important medicines in short supply locally.

Shockingly bad customer service,never told the same thing twice,I?m sure they make it up as they go along! When caught out their answer was that they are training staff?.. but not very wellAlways a long queue

I don't know if any of you have seen the film Zootropolis but that's the speed these staff work at. Was a queue of 5 people which took 22 minutes to get through.

Awful! Prescription was ready 3 days ago but they wont dispense because THEY are 7 days behind! Get some bloody staff then! What will you do If a patient dies because you didnt dispense medication!! This pharmacist should be struck off!

Nice enough when you go in but you need to stop hanging up on the phone. It's a 6 mile journey each way for me to come in, queue up for 10 mins just to find out prescription not there.

I sought help from the pharmacist and was met with kindness and empathy. After starting Zoladex and suffering with horrible side effects he was very helpful and gave me lots of advice in managing my pain and dealing with the side effects.

The staff at Tesco Horsham pharmacy are all lovely they are so helpful & friendly.I have always been treated kindly & recently a very nice young man suggested & helped me do a prepayment application.Thank you I really appreciated your help.

Really friendly staff and as helpful as they can be when the queue for prescriptions is 15 people long. They don?t rush you out of the way, they are professional and considerate of everyone. Can?t fault the staff there at all.

Rarely have a repeat prescription in stock! Very common everyday medication I might add. I therefore tried to phone Tesco Pharmacy Broadbridge Heath/Wickhurst Green prior to asking the Dr to issue my prescription to see if they have my items in stock, to save the circus of the Dr issuing a prescription, the prescription not being in stock, going back to the Dr to issue to another pharmacy, the phone rings and they pick it up and put it straight back down again. Tried several times during the day and each time they did the same thing. As I wasn't able to get through, I had the inconvenience of having to drive to the Pharmacy to physically speak to someone prior to asking the Dr for my repeat prescription. TERRIBLE! just pick up the phone, it would take 2 minutes to confirm you had or did not have something. Just RUDE. You are supposed to provide a service, and if you cannot provide a phone service then DO NOT advertise a number for people to call you on.

They just do not seem to care about how many people are waiting, there is only one pace, SLOW. It is like they hold the power and they don't care, knowing that people need their prescriptions and can't go elsewhere. Not very nice people at all. I am not a person who would not say thank you but today I didn't as was so disgusted by their uncaring behaviour.

The queue was very long, but when I got to the counter I heard customers being told that their pescriptions were misfiled. Asked for some nausea tablets and was told after waiting that they don?t sell them, woman with grey hair and mask, very rude. Will never return and don?t recommend. Poor management. Just got some down the road at Boots . Took 5min.

I?ve visited Tesco?s pharmacy in Horsham with my 5yr old son this morning he had a bad conjunctivitis in his both eyes. I was looked after by lovely pharmacist Julie she was extremely kind and helpful.She took her time to talk to my son who has an autism and explain him how important and often he has to take his medicine, writing down all the days.Thanks you JulieZuzana

I came in the store this morning at 8:20am as online it clearly states it opens at 8.I got to the counter where there was another sign saying it opened 8am Friday.After standing there for 5 mins I asked a passing Tesco worker who informed me it opened at 9.Brilliant. No meds for me all weekend, as I had to be in work at Gatwick for 9.

Rude, unhelpful. Never have your medication, and if they do, they still send you away without it.
